The Team
Rita Govender is the founder and Director of Disclosure Africa, a people development company (coaching and team development) and co-founder and Skills Development Executive for a training company called DigiEra Learning (Pty) Ltd.
She is a registered Management 3.0 Agile Leadership Facilitator, a Licensed Enneagram Practitioner and neuro coach for Individuals, Teams and Small, Medium & Micro Enterprise (SMME’s). Rita is a strong advocate for a comprehensive approach to learning and coaching which prepares unemployed youth to acquire skills to align to a constantly changing labour market in the Artificial Intelligent (AI) and the Fifth Industrial Revolution (5IR) landscape.
Rita has over 20 years of experience in the talent management and skills development space as a leader, and within various industries – Public Sector, Media and Telecommunications, Education, Financial and Contact Centres.
Patrick Hutchison is a seasoned marketing professional and communications analyst with extensive experience in public relations, marketing and communication. He has played pivotal roles in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns that have enhanced brand visibility and customer engagement. His expertise in leveraging social media platforms has been instrumental in driving successful marketing initiatives.
Patrick’s innovative approach to marketing has consistently delivered measurable results. In addition to his marketing prowess, Patrick has a strong background in project management and team collaboration. He has successfully led cross-functional teams in executing complex marketing projects, from concept to completion. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement has earned him recognition as a leader in the field of marketing and communication.
